How to verify a signed document

1. Import the public key directly from the website:

2. Confirm the imported fingerprint matches the one published on this page:

gpg --fingerprint hello@0trace.io

3. Verify a guarantee, receipt or announcement:

gpg --verify 0trace-guarantee-xxxxxxxx.asc

A good signature proves the document was issued by 0trace and has not changed since. GnuPG labels the fingerprint above Primary key fingerprint; the second one it prints is the signing subkey. Kleopatra, GPG4Win and other OpenPGP tools read the same file.

Most exchanges complete within minutes after the required network confirmations. Timing depends on blockchain conditions and the selected asset pair.
Every document is PGP-signed, so any OpenPGP tool works — run gpg --verify with our published key, or open https://0trace.io/verify and paste it. A Guarantee confirms the deposit address and quoted order details before payment; a Receipt confirms the completed exchange after payout. Nothing is uploaded either way.
Only as long as required to complete the exchange. Completed orders are permanently removed after 72 hours, or you can delete the order earlier yourself. Chat messages are removed after 24 hours of inactivity, or you can delete the conversation at any time. No accounts, no identity linkage, no unnecessary retention.
Yes. 0trace settles every swap from its own liquidity across every supported asset and network. Once the exchange is complete, the connection to your original coins is permanently lost.
